The services offered involve three project groups: architecture, interiors and urban spaces. They can be done online or/and in person according to the complexity of the project. Types of services:

Consultancy:

Simplified and agile solutions for specific adaptation of the space, which require technical knowledge from the professional.  Recommended for technical visits, interventions in rental properties, evaluation and preparation of “Inspection and Inventory Report”, design or choice of furniture, monitoring in supplier stores, decoration tips and other advisory services.

 

Project:

Very detailed solutions, which require more time to prepare the project. They involve technical survey stages, preparation of a needs program, floor plan, sections, elevations and other technical drawings that are part of the Executive Project so that the client has autonomy to manage their work.

 

Project and construction monitoring:

In addition to the executive project mentioned in the previous modality, construction management is also carried out. Includes market research - both product and supplier -, budget estimate, construction schedule, execution monitoring: from beginning to post-construction. Recommended for clients who do not wish to participate in the administration and monitoring of their work.
